Well, I've seen lots of people on CS wondering how people get those really smooth lines that make great line-arts. On the left we have a quick sketch of a dog star-gazing when using smoothing. On the right we have almost the exact same drawing but without smoothing. Which is better?

So here is how you do smoothing. If you look at the top right when on the oekaki you'll see you're brush choices. When using a pen for outlines I suggest setting "smoothing" on the brush choices to 20% and "brush size" to 4%. It gives it a much smoother feel, but don't set smoothing too high or else it'll be hard to draw.
