Sorry, but I don't think they were trying to come across as rude, "like you view it." And intermediate is not just for criticism and comments (though that is mainly what it is). It is also for skill- in other words, "For experienced artists...".
However, great picture! You might try adding a few more lights and shadows, especially to the green in the bottom right corner. Also, you could try making the lines a little thinner. Hope this helps!
