I want to introduce all who don't know how to do layers, to a wonderful creation, LAYERS! Please, give input on whether or not you'd like a tutorial, I'll put it on Editable Oekaki, and it will help you understand how to do things like that. Anyone? I posted this in beginners for any beginners who want to learn, or expeirienced artists who want to help me/ learn too! Please post opinion, and no one take my idea please!

I think it's a great idea! I do have some experience in oekaki, and I've posted a couple of intermediate drawings, but I've only been on this oekaki board for a few days and I still don't really understand layers.
