I've been wanting to do this idea for awhile. Originally this was supposed to be water bubbles thrown up into the air, but it could just as well be air bubbles underwater. I'm honestly not sure which. Please comment on anything you'd like!
I tried myself in intermediate, so I hope it's worthy.
