Can you tell I'm bored? X3

Well, I wanted to use the crayon effect and drawing animals wouldn't cut it. so, I made the ocean at night. 83

It was originally supposed to be the night sky with lightning, but I got a bit distracted. XD

You just mess around with the Scatter and Spacing tool on the Pencil brush. It also helps to set the Opacity lower, too.
