I've been rewatching gen 1 of mlp, got inspired by the backgrounds and wanted to do one u-u but I hate doing backgrounds lol
inspired specifically by this background from my little pony tales!

you would not believe the amount of work the color noise layer is doing for this. the amount it changes from 'kinda ugly' to 'storybook beautiful' with like 10% color noise is crazyyy
