I don't know if that's a rhetorical question or if you wanted an answer so I'll answer it anyway alkdjaldkjald
for this one, I sketched out the basic shape/colors with the watercolor brush on a dark background, then I used airbrush for all the soft little details, I do all the faint background stars with a 1 size pen with scattering and spacing set all the way up, and add the bigger stars by hand with various pen sizes x3 I use a lot of add and overlay layers for the brightness effects!
