oh gosh thanks. basically all i did was use white and just use the pen to tap around using varied pressure, turn layer opacity to 25%

Next layer do same thing but start focusing on the highlights a little more, smaller pen, opacity set to 50%

same for next layer, smaller pen and opacity at 75% and then one last layer left at 100% opacity and thats where the brightest highlights are done.^^
