Well, I'm not much of a background person, but I had fun doing this one. I decided to interpret the one-legged, three-eyed bird chinese legend. It's appearance is the sign of rain. The bird can change it's height and size at will, and can dry entire oceans. Dor this, i thought I'd perhaps do an African Sunset, as the land is very dry and sometimes rainless with grass like straw. A sign of Shang Lang perhaps indicates rain, or that it has dried this land- whichever pleases you is what you can choose
