Fireflies floating along with some barbed wire.
Its best if viewed from the thumbnail though xD
Criticism is welcome, I would actually enjoy it, please give me some tips on how to improve and what you think of it.
Also a little help, what background should I draw next? (I'm best at night-time things xD *I like doing the fireflies*)

No suggestions on how to make it look better?

I like this! Very well drawn! Perhaps my only critique would be to give more "definition" to the fireflies that are close, maybe drawing small, dark bodies at the center of the light. Give more definition to the fence, as well, so that it doesn't look so foggy, tht will make it look better up close, and not just "in the thumbnail" Then, add more different colors of blue, gray and balack to the sky, darkest at the horizon line. Perhaps add somewhite-ish stars or dark clouds. I hope that helps, I find this a beautiful scene overall! ^_^
