Frozen Galaxy

Oh my... this oekaki was FUN. I had a blast with the textures, and... and...
.
Well, mostly just textures. But they were very fun to create. =P
And I had fun with the glowyness. I love drawing shiny things. ^.^
Drawn with a laptop touchpad.
