Had this design in mind for a while but couldn't quite get around to drawing it until now. Kinda wanted the face markings to be more skull-like but c'mon that's a pain to draw more than once...

implying I'll ever draw this character again.
Wanted to make this dude the brother of another OC of mine, but I dunno.
Not really necessary for the story, I guess.
