Caleb the Shiba Inu mix

My friend, (thefartheststar) is writing a book about medieval times, and i guess that got me in the mood to make a OC set in that time. so... this is Caleb, a messenger for a king. im going to make another ref of him with his small cloak, dagger, and due to his work conditions, a wooden sign around his neck that says "Please don't kill the messenger" and another sign tied to his tail that says "Thank you" (it was a common hazard back then if it was bad news)

Personality: is willing to befriend almost anyone but refuses to fully trust anyone over 7 years old. if you're his friend, he will be open, kind and honest but often if you betray his trust, he will likely never want to speak to you again. is good at calming people down. his feelings can be hurt easily. ever since his friend, Amber left(Caleb had a crush on her and when he told her she just wanted to be friends and it got kinda awkward every time they where in the same room and the friendship just started to deteriorate even though Caleb still loved her. things just got to difficult for Amber so she just started to stop talking to him. about a year later Caleb found out from a friend she had moved away somewhere) Caleb tends to be depressed and unsure.
Likes:
Flowers, maps, collecting small shiny trinkets, days off from work, feeding birds, making friends, FOOD. the stars.
Dislikes:
Any kind of bad weather. (especial golf-ball sized hail) large crowds, being alone for to long. the dark.
