I assume you're reffering to the noise?

Select the whole drawing (or the part where you want the noise to be) with the select tool
then
go to "effects" --> then "color noise" (its better than mono noise) --> then it'll make a layer of pure noise --> then you can do what you want with it - i.e. erase bits, turn down the opacity, use it as an overlay etc
