Here's the thing. I'm a perfectionist and that makes it very hard for me to do art. I can't tell you how many times I gave up because it wasn't like how I imagined.

tonight I told myself. let's try a new style, do something you've never done before, and not care how it looks.

I wouldn't say I'm in love with this... but I don't hate it. It's not really something I do. That's the point. This is new. I'm not going to be good at something new right away.

I did art and that's what matters

congrats on the feature!! and i completely understand the struggle in wanting to immediately be good at something. i just switched out my old and busted drawing tablet for a laptop that comes with a screen i can draw on, and it's frustrating trying to get used to it, haha. in the end, though, practice is all it takes :]
