[Hubble]

A little celebratory Mercury because I finally finished his fursuit head. This was the first time I've ever tried to make one and I decided to be stupidly ambitious and make him semi-realistic, but it was super fun and I hope to do more in the future. I'm just happy to have had the chance to bring this dumb astronaut cat to life. I'm definitely open to any questions about the process!

Thank you so much! I've been working on the head on-and-off for several months, so it's hard to give a good time estimation, but the majority of it only took a few weeks. I've made a couple of handpaws in the past, but most of this was entirely new to me! Luckily, more experienced makers have put out a ton of resources that make things easier.

Thank you so much! The eyes were one of my favorite parts to make (especially because they're 5cm glass eyes in a base made for 3.8cm resin eyes). I wanted them to be extra big and simple to make it less scary.

And hopefully someday someone will build my boy his rocket. 😔
