Your skills are amazing, and this drawing is neat, but seriously, the idea just freaks me out. xD No, I love it really, but I don't like half-human-half-animals/pokemon. Just not my thing, but the drawing is beautiful. ^^

×Jet wrote:Yeah but people don't know how my real drawing skills are. And the most people who say 'OMG YOUR ART IS AWSOME ME JELLY' are people who have no common sence about real art. Real art is something that i haven't seen here on CS. Yes, there are many people who draw VERY well i can't complain about that fact but i haven't sen anything here that really caught my eye. Ofcourse this is not an art site but still there are many people who think they are real artists when they are just not.

You can have digital-drawing skills or well, not. As simple as that - it doesn't have to be real art and it is not the same thing. And yes, people could love to have other people's skills. I have to agree with you though that real art won't appear as fast on chickensmoothie. And that's beause this is a website for children, and the drawings are made on the pc.
Oh and have you checked out Wind Song's drawings? Art pur sang, my friend.

Oh, and I guess most people draw way better in RL than on the pc. And more artistic. But that doesn't matter, does it? People just like your oekaki, or not.

And it sounds like you are quite the artist yourself. Got some good work I can see? Would like to enrich my imagination.

just so you know. i HATE my digital art style. The only thing i like about digital art is that someone like me can colour things

Have you seen Oofay's drawings? o3o They're amazing. I've seen a lot of "real art" on here. And this is good. Just saying. Good job o3o

lol, at least I've already come to terms with the fact I'm not a real artist, haha :'D

I actually like this quite a bit. There are some anatomy things I'd tweak, but honestly it falls into the realm of personal preference; you may want to keep in mind making a little more space for her ribcage, for instance. But I am overly fond of drawing chunky gals, so, like I said, personal preference. The outfit and pose are super cute.

Don't so easily give up on yourself - anything and everything takes practice. I think this is very well done, and my only real advice is to keep on going. You'll improve - it just takes time. :) Here's to hoping I can see more of your work soon!
