Practice Anime

How's this for a start? I've been practicing realistic anime for a while on paper, and then digital, so how is it? some crit is GREATLY appreciated!!!! don't try to be nice if it's bad, but don't be mean about it either, and some comments are cool too, but I need mostly crit, thanks^^

Hmmmmmm............ the hair is a bit bigger and its shape could be fixed but i couldn't do anything near as good as it! You will be ready for intermediate soon!
