This is nice. ouo I like how you did the feathers but the hat looks somewhat off and I think the blue hair should be lighter. But that's probably just a preference thing. :B

One more thing, I thought intermediate was just where people posted if they were looking for critique? Not a measure of how good you are. ._. Either way, don't go and tell people complimenting you that your stuff is not good enough for intermediate, you sound like you are fishing for more compliments. :B JUST TAKE THE INITIAL ONE. /Nag

I can try to redo the hat, originally it was much smaller because the head was much smaller
But then the head didn't match the body... so I added more hair and poofed out the hat |D
What exactly is wrong with the hat? Cause it just looks like a ridiculous big hat to me

I thought it was something to do with Jaws or whatever 8| That stupid parrot from Nancy Drew kept saying "We're gonna need a bigger boat"... So I thought I'd change that and be awesome and clever
