4th Oekaki! I initially wanted to make a normal human with a 'dark side' but I gave up and made it and angel & devil instead, coz I was itching to draw feathers XD And no, the wind is not blowing her hair, it's just that the hair is wilder in the 'devil' side and tamer in the 'angel' side. The black thing on the devil's face is to show that that side is 'darker' and I made the edges of the other side fainter to have a 'glow' effect .
EDIT: Cover half of her face then the other half and you'll really see the contrast better XD
