Downpour can control the weather, so I thought this was necessary.
And Shadow art is amazingly fun to create on Oekaki. <33
Hurricanes are hard to draw. ;A;
So just enjoy my not accurate East coast, now with completely non-accurate weather diagram! 8D

Maybe I'll add in the hurricane later...but I couldn't draw it.
