I've had a urge to draw a merman for ages but just couldn't do what I wanted, so I settled for this. Yeah, I gave up on colouring. I also did a almost proper background, not just a pattern or clouds, it has SAND!
Yes I gave up with shadows and shading. He originally had pink hair but I couldn't find a tail colour to match. I thought why must mermen always have darker coloured tails? But I went for the common and did green xD may change later though.

This is amazing! A merman is a unique idea! I actually like your colouring alot!(Mine is suckish... XD)
