This is 萨普 班长, from 加油大魔王！. XD It's a Chinese Manga.
Anyways, he's a "bad guy" in there, because he lost his magic and now the only way to get magic is secretly from the "Demon" breed of people, which are extremely evil and greedy. They have "black" power, but since they're so bad, everybody wants them out. They've gone into hiding and have almost no magic power now, but they can "give" really powerful power to other people, such as 萨普. 萨普 has gone crazy (basically) for magic so he'll do anything for it--Even if it means killing other people for the "Demon" people.
But I believe he's good at heart, he just needs to believe in is no-magic-self.
Timer's off. I fail at drawing humans; don't rub it in. Any constructive advice is extremely appreciated though!

These two are for trade. Send a offer! c: I'm looking for mostly trade-ups on the Main Rares List, but I can add more pets (Advent-list, September-list and even Mainlist Rares) if it's a good deal/a good pet. I'm pretty flexible about this; I can trade them either sepretely or in a group, but again I'm willing to add more if you can offer something nice. c:
