happy new year! it feels too soon to be 2025... this is almost four weeks early for the real deal but i'll be busy then, let's pretend it counts for lunar new year >_<

fun fact about me, i looove red envelope art, i have a collection of all the cool envelopes i've received over the years, since when i was little. this dude's an au vers of the same guy from last year's drawing. despite the dragon tattoo, they were born in the year of the snake. snakes are a very important theme for their various backstories :]

technically the first zodiac animal i drew was some random tiger in my gallery, but i'd rather not count it, so i'm going to say i've been at it since drawing the rabbit from two years ago. i guess this is kind of my little tradition now! it's neat to see the growth. hopefully i'll remember to the next zodiac animal next year >_>;
