This is Dr. Straw (but some like to call him Strawberry).
He's the chief doctor of where Dr. Alek works!!! Also, side note I finally thought of a name for her, Dr. Elch! So moving forward, when referring to her I'll be calling her Dr. Elch.
Dr. Straw is not the most honest man... please be careful around him.
