I love it so far.. xD Maybe because I'm obsessed with Ciel...
I think it looks great considering the fact that is a WIP.
All I can suggest it lowering the eye patch some.. It looks a bit lop sided.

At least be happy that you're not drawing him in a dress :3
I think drawing people is hard no matter who you are trying to draw. :_
