This character's familiar is the disguised unicorn she's riding, they're relatively new partners so she (the unicorn) is worried her partner will fall off. Her partner's priority? Flirting with the cute guy she saw in a passing caravan. we are not the same.
In real life I don't think horses run like that either but anyways...
