Bilsion (Bill-she-on)- pronunciation of his name

Bilsion for a world building activity I want to do. Bilsion belongs to the mages that have stripes on there faces, arms, and legs. They are called Striped Mages. They can be any gender whether it be male, female, or genderfluid. Bilsion was a Striped Mage for as long as he can remember. He has a staff to help him harness his magic since Striped Mages’s magic can be really unpredictable. They are called Striped Mages because of the striped markings on there faces, arms, and legs. During this world of different group of Mages: Striped Mages, Archer Mages, and Basic Mages, Striped Mages are the most unpredictable. One minute they can harness there magic and the next there magic could be all over the place. Some choose to use a staff to harness there abilities during a fight. As more of the world is being built, I’ll give more details on Striped Mages and highlight the other groups of Mages as I do them! This is a fictional world building process. If anyone has any tips on successful world building feel free to let me know because I have no idea what I’m doing XD
