I didn’t realize that those were their arms until I really stared at it. Not sure what anatomy you’re going for but it gave me “cannon for hands/arms” vibes. If you’re trying to make it look more like an oversized sweatshirt I’d try looking up references. Something maybe like this? Study some anatomy and then draw
