i've got no clue what most people have said to me all day.
uh.
you know how the adults in "peanuts" talk? yeah. kinda that.
nobody's words have sounded like words.
i've had this problem for a while actually (since i was a child) but some days its worse.
i can maybe pick out a few words for some sentences, but the rest don't sound like anything.

i've also started to realize the extent of my memory loss. like, i can only remember maybe less than 10 things that happened during all of middle school - high school freshman year. :)
thats a long time with barely any memories. uh.
i've got no answer for why it happens to be that way but its fine.
where did it all go. some of those were happy memories probably. can i have those back now please?

I looked it up and can't find anything, but I've heard about that I swear!!! When I heard it it was compared to animal crossing, how the characters talk in that game. this could be completely inaccurate to you but!!!
if this is real and something that's affecting you you should really put some research in and talk to someone if you can!!

Also I can't remember anything before the age of 7.
My therapist is kind of confused as well because i had something traumatic happen when i was 7 but i can remember that so it's weird and kind of concerning because most people block out traumatic stuff so it would have to be super bad!

dude auditory processing issues are not fun, i deal with something similar and i also have anxiety so it makes me just, not want to talk to people irl,,, also talking on the phone is ;skull emoji;

This sounded extremely familiar so I looked it up and I think it's called Aphasia??
I don't know enough about it to properly describe it, but, according to what you described, it could be a type of Aphasia, maybe?
Might be worth looking into...
a few of the descriptions of Aphasia sound like what I did when I was younger. I used to repeat the ending word or syllable of my sentences under my breath and every single time I was aware of it, but I didn't think anything of it until someone made fun of me for it and I was like, 'Wait, am I not supposed to be doing that??' and tried to physically stop myself from doing it every time (which was hard, but I was eventually able to teach myself not to do it). And that's just one of the many weird things I did as a child and just growing up in general.
I don't know, just thought I'd mention this as a possible starting point in figuring things out?

i have heard that trauma can be a cause for some type of amnesia, which someone told me that could be the cause for my memory issue, but im not really sure.

yeah, ive been trying to research it recently
it does kinda sound like that sometimes? but not every time really
i've said things about to my parents before, and they remember having to repeat everything so many times to me as a child too, but they've never thought more of it. i could try telling my doctor about it next time i go though.

less like the "charlie brown adults" but like idk the words and letters sound scrambled
it also doesnt happen constantly, its less frequent and more random.
its might be like a sensory/auditory processing disorder?? idk much about it and my memory is terrible so i dont even remember anything ive asked people about it-

Exactly why were worried 0-0, because most of the time when that happens they forget the trauma and if i had trauma that i remember when i was 7 what happened before i was 7?
