ever since epiosde 1 I had a headcanon that Cecil (the character) sings the weather,,, which doesn't always make sense with how sometimes large events happen to Cecil during the weather but imagine how funny it would be if he was just singing the weather while a bunch of crazy stuff goes down and yes all the weather despite how different the singers sound from the character its just kinda fun to imagine him singing all the songs
