I'm glad to hear you aren't leaving, especially since the art challenges bring you a lot of joy, and it seems you are a bit in the art community as well (honestly one of the best parts about CS and the only reason I am still here). I hope you have a load of fun on your retreat and a load of fun drawing when you get back.

And depression can be a real kick in the head. Hold onto what makes you happy, to what motivates you. the fact that you are able to stay motivated enough to continue to draw, to design, to express yourself creatively is so important.

Yoooo I've followed for a while but have been getting bad at keeping up with the site. I'm so glad to see you decided to come back!! Bc like, I do get wanting to start fresh and move to new things, but that doesn't mean you have to give up the old things that made you happy, and I'm glad to see that if CS was one of those things, you decided not to give it up. At least for now. I really hope your retreat is going well, and good luck with guitar!! I've always wanted to learn, that sounds so fun and cool.
