I actually really enjoy how well you do hair and how well you do the body structure all together. It's a heck of a lot better than when I draw manga.

Besides the top of the head being too stretched on the first sketch and the slightly odd way of defining the nose, I see no real fail in this. To help with the head, look up references and headshots of people to see the proportions of the human face. I could link you some useful tutorials if you want. Though I must say, I love the profile view, you did that very well.
Oh, and have some confidence in yourself. You're not a bad artist. You've improved a lot already and will keep on improving. (:

Thanks for the tips, but after spending 1 hour looking at manga tutorials I gave up.

And it took 18 minutes becuase it's a sketch. Unlike many artists I can't physically spend more then 2 hours on a price of art before boring my pants off.

That's kind of trtue. I can't do a sketch and then post it without leaving it somewhat unfinished. It drives me mad sometimes.
