The Spellbreaker is probably one of the best shields for an aspiring shieldmage in skyrim.

However the guy you have to defeat for it has a 100 percent resistance to all magic.
So if you want to not violate your shield and spells only build you have to shield bash.
Luckily i had the perk that made shield bash actually do some pretty decent damage at the time and it wasn't so difficult, lol.

Yes i still play skyrim. Even with the very limited mods i can get on the ps4 it's still interesting.
