Random dude

This started out as a revamp of an old character, and then
I decided I just wanted to draw a back with tattoos, and
then I was like "oh, how about I make a new character?"
In short, I have no idea who this man is, but I'm posting
this anyway until I figure it out

I'll fill in the extra space eventually I just don't like
and of the sketches I did for those areas OTL
