As for hair, it can go either way. I've seen plenty of pictures of him with hair, yet I've seen some without.

At night, in your dream either a scarecrow or a zombie will tell you to wake up, and there it is. You have to look at it or it will kill you. Oh and it smiles. Unless you don't look, then it frowns and cries bloody tears..
