Wrath is one of the fourteen princes of Hell. She could easily be considered one of the most ruthless of the princes and notably has no second in command, like the other princes.
Whilst her legion is small, she's been known to bribe demons in her sibling's legions.
Not many can keep up nor withstand the harsh conditions of the legion, hence its small size, but it is a force to be reckoned with.
