ok so there's two versions I could decide on so ill post the other in a sec but here are the notes
ill get some backstory in maybe

- he's a very clever boy so he prefers to outsmart his enemies in a fight
- glass cannon. He hits hard but can't take a hit so he doesn't get hit.
- joseph joestar vibes honestly
- Those vials with blue liquid probably give him a boost in power.
- probably fire/lightning-like abilities.
- a little bit of a tsundere but not to the point of insulting you. he probably would just pretend he's not worried about you in a fight but actually is. He would make up some excuse like "stay alive because if you dont you cant buy me food anymore." with his arms crossed and face pouty
- actually a big sweetheart
- yes he is a glow stick
- his coat is just blowing in the imaginary wind so I could show some of his belly markings
- he's literally a shark with them teeth.
