here are som snippets for story :-) )
"As Makato watched the blade slice through the fire wood, it was unsettling to him to be watching a sword that had carved soul's names into their grave do such a mundane task. Yet, he was so infatuated with the idea of being so skilled and powerful."
"Tohya stared at the little white-haired persona. And annoyingly enough, he stared back. No matter how much he glared at the little werewolf, he only reminded him of his younger self. Naive, too cheerful."
"With Tohya's hands clamped on his shoulder, Makato didn't feel like he was able to leave whenever, despite what the other werewolf had said to him. But, his thoughts were quickly scattered as they came upon the hideout. Tohya wasn't lying when he said he was technically homeless, yet here it didn't matter, as the place seemed homely enough. Strung throughout the trees, winding higher and higher were buildings, all connected with rope bridges. Paper lanterns hung from several odd places, but burning enough to do their job right.
'Well?' Makato had been so entranced by the area he had almost forgotten Tohya was behind him.
'Tohya! When you said you all were strung together by the lost of home, I thought you all lived the slums!'
The werewolf's eyebrows narrowed, making him seem even more angry, if possible."
" 'Tohya! When you said,' Makato paused, bringing a hand close to his mouth. Whatever stung, it stung close to his heart. Makato continued more quietly. 'When you said, vampire hunter, I thought you said only the bad guys. Only the bad guys.' He repeated.
'Why didn't you tell me more truthfully?' Makato begun to cry, as childish as it was, it made Tohya come to terms that he was only that. A child.
A clatter. Tohya's face warmed from cold to a more mild expression. 'Makato.' Was all he could manage. His head hurt. He had never had someone this little cry in front him. He wanted to pull the little werewolf close, but he couldn't move. Tohya felt useless, and it brought a pang of emotion. When had he felt useless? It was so unfamiliar that he could do nothing but stand still.
Makato brought up an accusing finger. 'You felt like the brother that I used to have.' He stopped to sniffle. 'Tohya, I thought you would be like him, be the best, Tohya. Because, I really, really missed him. But you just said goodbye too."
oops the last one is a bit edgy > >
