Cuz I do. Maybe that's why I suck. But I remember all these characters. Every one I've ever had, and even when I couldn't place the name, I remember writing their stories.
Vientra, my parrapup, taught me how even when I didn't have what others did, I could still make something beautiful without being overwhelming and fancy.
Toulouse, my plumerian, taught me to go all out for what you want, regardless of whether you won or you lost. It's always terrifying to think of what you could lose, but imagining what you had when you could win.
And Shock, my lil Dust bunny gremlin taught me to enjoy the crazy in designs. Not everything needed to make sense to look good.
I learned many lessons with many adoptable species but these are just, some of the more defining moments.
