some story to this: Damien(Boi on the right) loves Landon dearly (boi on the left) but Landon doesn't return those feelings; so honestly they're just best friends. Damien loves him so much he can't just not be around him, and developed hanahaki disease (The Hanahaki Disease is an illness born from one-sided love, where the patient throws up and coughs of flower petals when they suffer from one-sided love)(archiveofourown.org) now, it can be removed through surgery, but the feelings will go away too. Damien doesn't have the money for the surgery, and frankly, he doesn't want to lose his feelings.
