i have so much written for hare's (not like the bunny dont pronounce it like that sfgjdfg) quirk and then like nothing for the otehr two fdjgh
its time-manipulation! whether it be reversing time, stopping time, speeding up time, he has control of it all!
speeding-up time is his most common trick, and is essentially like super-speed. hare's quirk allows him to enter the "time-loop", which looks like the regular world, but black and white & moving at a ridiculously slow pace. if he is speeding up time, he will continue to do his thing in the time world, and then jump back to reality. others do not see the time-loop, or that hare is missing, all they see is him moving at imperceptible speeds. this is sick imo, but can be a little disorienting for hare
stopping time is as simple as entering the time-loop and doing what he needs to do. he can bring other people into the time loop by holding onto them as he enters it, but he has to make sure they dont try to mess with things and cause a doomed timeline bc that makes his thing so much more difficult
reversing time is the one that scares hare the most. by entering the time-loop, he can see his alternate reality selves going in and out and they can talk to each other with no problem. to reverse time, he has to abandon his current timeline and jump into an alternate one from a few seconds ago. in doing this, he destroys his current one, and essentially gets a fresh start, but there are a few drawbacks.
the ghost of his abandoned timelines are visible. because it is done to reverse time, his past-timelines actions are pretty much still going on, meaning that until he reaches the point that he jumped from each of those timelines, his actions are visible as a kind of ghost dancing around him. these ghosts have no affect on the physical world, but everybody can see them and see where he messes up. comedy ensues when someone suggests a plan, harry agrees, and then another harry ghost appears
he can and will go insane from this. the weight of being able to change the course of time fully screws with him constantly its terrifying for him and he feels like he cant save everybody with it. oopsie!

ianto's quirk allows him to turn his body into a shadow. he can teleport via other people’s shadows, or shadows in general. the darker a place is, the stronger he become. he has intangibility, as he is nothing but a shadow, though he can solidify his shadow body and use it for attacks, like with tokoyami's dark shadow but like,, thats him. he has trouble not using it when he feels like disappearing. he cant use it in light or travel through light,, he is bound to the shadows
obv he can unshift and walk through the light and then reshift but,,, that loses a lot of stealth jfgsdfg
kasame is a boy btw,, hes here for a good time not a long time. he can utilize different methods of inflicting and utilizing mirrors when harnessing and using reflective magic. he can use mirrors as a means of transportation and reflecting abilites, embuing mirrors with magical properties! lakes and windows with a clear reflection also work, though take a little more energy from his
however his power does depend on the surface (a silver backed mirror & anything with silver work best), and should the mirror be shattered as he is using it he feels a sharp stab in his chest and has to take at least an hour timeout from using his power.
