i stole cams quirk from a list somewhere and made up my rules >:3
cam has a hear no/speak no/see no evil quirk?? he can only use one of those things at once but all of them are super enhanced,, people are VERY likely to do what he says when he speaks and he can do all sorts of voices and impressions n stuff,, his sight is very good in the dark and he can see mad distances and details n stuff,, he can hear incredibly well too like u get the picture
he can only do ONE though! if those eyes are open he can not hear or speak, if he is talking he cant see or hear etc.. he lives with this though hes good at maneouvering on hearing alone & he carries a whiteboard for people/himself to write things on if he needs to see stuff!! hes smart ok
on touch, if he chooses, he can take one of those abilities away from people!! he cant choose which one tho,, get blinded/become deaf/mute!! it only lasts for about 5 minutes & he can only get one person at once
the speech one sucks and if he gets it hes always disappointed fgjdfg

chako is a siren?? shes just a strong fish lady idk
she can and will kill you,, espeCIALLY in water u do not stand a chance (she is a wildy fast swimmer and is VERY strong!! + she can breathe that water)
she can live fine on land but she pretty much has asthma,, it goes away in the Wet
i havent written much for her but yknow shes a FISH!!! idk what else to say
chamura has a word manifestation quirk!! if he says something and thinks about it real hard he can kinda bring it into existence?? like creation. he doesnt have to know the make-up of it but its based on WILL
if he doesnt reALLy care it just wont happen
and sometimes he does it accidentally
