Hmm so I started messing around with layer properties and,, this appeared
I'm kinda proud of it?? I don't know? If anyone has any tips on shading and lighting that'd be amazing thanks C:

Oooh that is awesome! I would suggest playing around with the "lock alpha" feature when you are adding light or shading to the layers. That can help a ton with keeping the effects where you want them to be.
