Nobody reads these, so SMALL SIDE TANGENT TIME! Here we go:

*i'm not insulting the site or a specific person, nor insulting at all*
First of all, views. What a great way to find out that somebody looks at your art- ONLY TO REJECT IT. XD *It counts your own views.* Also, Not a problem with the site, but feature make me sad. LOL Its very selective to look at line art, and then something colored and choose which person tried harder. You could say its realism, but lines have been featured before. Its really upsetting to see someone who tried to get feature outrun by those who used a flick of the wrist. Vote annoy me being its based off of opinion and not how hard people tried. Is my art so crappy, because it is often outvoted my "joke arts"?(Comically, purposely bad art.) Just my opinion, imma go gift random users now. To anyone reading this (LOL) Hi.

while a few color-ins might have been featured once before, a lot of the featured artists did the entire thing themselves, and while it might look like just a flick of a wrist, almost every artist I've met on here pours a lot of time, effort, and heart into it. Even just line arts take a lot of time :3 its all mods picking the features, and I'm sure they pick carefully based on both community popularity and overall skill level

everyone in my opinion can be an artist, everyone grows at a different rate and everyone is a little different. While you might not be the most famous artist here yet, keep practicing, everyone started somewhere, and i assure you that you will grow into an amazing artist :3

I worked damn hard for my first feature, and I was extremely proud of myself. It's sort of easy for me draw or to learn to draw, but it was so freaking difficult to finish that drawing because I was seeing flaws everywhere. I still see flaws in all of my drawings, and they always take forever to get over because I hate myself for them. But I finished that drawing in three hours. So it must be easy for me.
Drawings with lines are featured. Drawings without them are too. Drawings that are realistic are featured. Drawings that are cute and cartoonish are featured. Colored ones are featured. Black and white ones are featured.
You can work hard and get featured.
If you don't want to work hard, go ahead.
Votes are meant for featuring artworks
I'm sorry, but if votes make you sad, then draw for yourself. Not for features.

Don't you think in some cases that isn't fair? It is not fair for a featured artist to be selectively chosen against others for having a different style, even if they did work just as hard. Thank you anyways, Just my opinion. (I love your art BTW)<3
