I was bored and I wanted to mess around with oekaki so I drew Steve! (captain america). It was difficult because of this glitch in oekaki that I cant fix but oh well i guess ;;

Thank you!!! And yes that is it, it was never a problem with chrome it just all the sudden it started doing that and it sucks. I guess I have to draw with microsoft edge now rip
