This is kind of what a panic attack feels like to me! I had trouble coming down from my most recent one so I thought I'd try to draw it out and it seems to have helped a lot. Resulted in some creepy arse vent art though.
Still low-key want to scream out loud. Probably not a good idea in a college dorm with paper-thin walls at 1:30 am.
