Messing around with Oekaki, and trying to learn how to operate it.

I think I'm slowly improving, although this image contains a fair amount of Copy + Paste.

Thoughts?
Changes I should have made?

Any tips?


(Yeah... I noticed just after I finished that I forgot to colour the earmuffs of some of the ghosties... What a shame...)
ok but at least it wasn't my country
