Distinguishing features: He’s literally a human skeleton encased in a water body (Maybe I should have lead with that). WB does his best to give himself an approximately human shape and keep all his bones in the right order

Clothing: The clothing of his order of magicians was a red toga. Probably just wears a hoodie and jeans nowadays. Everything he wears is damp.

PERSONALITY AND HISTORY
Positive Traits: A brave, strong, driven boy, defender of the innocent, protector of the good (so he’s been told), a real hero-type. Good listener, hard worker. Tires to be there for friends, even if he can’t relate or help them.
Negative Traits: Easily spirals in his thinking, easily fooled with pretty words. Impatient. Often overly serious, not so good at getting the sarcasm. Does not like to go to others for help. Deeply disturbed by his resurrection.
Likes: Nature, the sound of running water, a good book.
Dislikes: Fire, modern technology, jobs half finished
Strengths: His sense of justice and willingness help others.

History: In his world, young children were occasionally born with magical power over a single element. If one of these children was found, they would be taken from their family and trained by a faction of magicians. Surprise, WB was one of these children, born with the ability to control water. His training was tough, with little time to be children, and WB was forced to grow up quickly when the faction he was drafted in went to war with another faction. WB was killed in the conflict. Years later, many years after he memory of magicians had faded, WB was mysteriously resurrected-- his spirit was returned to his fleshless bones.
