panel two: "i swear to arceus if you hurt dis or kore i will put a c-4 on your back and watch you go boom"
so technically its best to stay on noviks good side or explosions end up happening, so keep in mind the guy he knows to get explosives from is a neighbor of theirs (them being dis, kore and novik himself)
nov here would totally say this to entity when they first meet c:<
